Three fighters from London represented Great Britain in the European Savate Assaut Championships in Belgium, 2007. The result was the biggest ever medal haul for the British team and the making of the country's first international champion:

Lizzy Hawkins - EUROPEAN CHAMPION!, Female 70-75kg
The first British fighter ever to bring back a gold medal at international level. Congratulations!
